Bringing home a new puppy always changes the household. There are more zoomies, more chewed toys, and plenty of lessons to learn. Luckily for one little Newfoundland puppy, she has the perfect teacher waiting for her.
Meet Mabel, a fluffy Newfoundland puppy who recently joined her forever family. From the moment she arrived, she made one thing very clear—she wanted to be just like her big brother, Chewy.
Wherever Chewy goes, Mabel isn’t far behind.
Whether he’s walking through the house or heading outside, the curious puppy follows closely, carefully watching every move he makes. Like many younger siblings, she seems convinced that if Chewy is doing something, it must be worth learning.
Thankfully, Chewy takes his role as big brother seriously.
One of his favorite daily routines is what his family calls the “school run.”
Every afternoon, he proudly walks to the neighborhood bus stop to greet the children as they return home from school. It’s a job he’s embraced with enthusiasm, and now Mabel is learning the routine right alongside him.

Before Mabel arrived, Chewy had been grieving the loss of someone very special—his beloved grandma. At 96 years old, she had been an important part of his everyday life. Living next door, she spent countless hours with Chewy, showering him with affection and even repairing his favorite toys whenever they were torn apart.
When she passed away, Chewy felt the loss deeply.
